All of our parts are the very best quality available. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the part, please return it within thirty days from the invoice date for a full credit, exchange or refund following proceedure below.
When we receive the return, we credit your account. Shipping charges are not refunded unless there is an error on our behalf, or parts are defective.
After thirty days, all parts are covered by the Manufacturer Warranty which will vary from part to part.
On receipt of your order, please check contents immediately against items listed as shipped on the packing slip.
Items Damaged/Missing in transit are the responsibility of the carrier. Please retain all packing materials and immediately contact the carrier to file a damaged/loss. Damaged item(s) must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours of delivery. Please do not return the damaged item(s) to QMP.
If you receive an item from QMP that you are dissatisfied with, please contact Customer Service at (888) 398-9898, to obtain a Return Authorization Number. We will accept the return of any unsatisfactory item provided it is unused, in resalable condition, and returned with a copy of your invoice within 30 days of the date of the invoice. Return of item(s) ordered in error may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns must be prepaid; we do not accept postage due.
